It's very well executed to be sure, I'm not a fan of the design of the dragon and the fact that it's a dragon painting itself. The execution is great as ever but I know you can produce more original ideas, +8 for the painting skills alone.

A breath of fresh air for the genre, nicely integrated rock-like scaling that reminds me of such things as Galapagos land iguanas and Tuataras. The head is a bold experiment, nice avian quality.

The dragon is way cool in that it's unique, though I had to agree its particular *design* is not very pleasing... still, the volumes and light is rendered incredibly well as usual, I wish the clouds have a bit more formation (mammatus clouds would be spectacular!) Great job Simon.

Great light as usual and the dragon really seems frozen in motion which makes it look alive. The only minor things are that the clouds/mountains are a bit uniform and the tail of the dragon is very smooth, not really like reptileskin. All just minor things, hope it's a constructive comment

How exquisitely original. Great composition. The muted colors add to the atmosphere of this totally desolate landscape, though some selective use of more saturated color could add some more punch. This is just splendid! The amount of details are magnificent and the the way you angled the composition is just look so effective for this piece. I especially like the way you portray the dragon, it somehow makes the menacing creaturs look tamed and wisened. The colour pallete is just so great and actually rather calming despite the lavas and cracked earth. Great work! +5, I wish I can give you more.
